Registry publish verified (shasum 7a2ff0f3 == pack dry-run). With this bump the full ADR-M3-1 amendment is in the dependency chain: amended rules (contract 2.2.0) × lifting emitter (0.3.1). 83 tests + demo-e2e green against the published tarball (M2 pattern). Stage three of the measurement (full-amendment rerun) launches from this commit; the rules-only stage's 31 trigger-label gate failures are the class the lift is predicted to convert.
