🎨 Palette: Center text vertically in expanded touch targets

💡 What: Added <item name="android:gravity">center_vertical</item> to the Widget.Button.iOS style in app/src/main/res/values/styles.xml.
🎯 Why: The button style defines android:minHeight="48dp" to ensure an accessible touch target size. Without explicit gravity, the inner text can float to the top of the bounded area, causing visual misalignment with adjacent elements. This change ensures text remains perfectly centered regardless of the button's final height.
♿ Accessibility: Prevents visual regression when touch targets are expanded, keeping the UI polished and consistent.
📸 Before/After: (Visual change only, text is now vertically centered within the 48dp minimum height bounding box).
