lightest Odoo with Accounting module in a docker image @ odoo-community.org

I have no enterprise access and I need the lightest version possible of Odoo with only the Accounting and Invoicing module in a docker image. Is this possible via InstallScript?

I see the addon / account but seem to be a different thing compared to app / accounting in fact the editions comparison show a red flag on accounting-features for the community version so I am asking if I am going to loose time and mind developing for something not available for the community

consider what I need is just this Accounting (Contabilità) module
