Metadata-only stamp refresh. ant-sdk moved 9ff4ca8 -> cea1b7a; the range touches only two upstream docs/ files (an external-signer REST title/callout clarification and a new out-of-scope mobile-FFI SDK document). No REST/gRPC/CLI/binding/Rust surface documented here changed, so all 48 affected docs pages plus the skill are stamp-only.
