Connect the approved pricing KV namespace

Activation scope

Jim created namespace c4c210fcdf1342678f9fed3710c42486, saved the dedicated Inventory publisher credential, and explicitly approved this binding PR and first live activation. Bind that existing namespace as PRICING_KV in the unchanged Autonomi account. No new resources or credential values are added to this repository.

Only wrangler.jsonc and the now-obsolete README setup paragraph change (+11/-21). Worker logic, supply behavior, routes, dependencies, tests and deployment workflow are unchanged. ADRs remain Proposed.

Evidence

• 44 existing API tests pass; supply/base parity preserved.
• Pinned Wrangler 4.127.0 dry-run recognizes the exact binding.
• Scoped code review PASS, Craft PASS and fresh adversarial config review READY; no findings. These do not establish live namespace/token validity.
• Fresh exact-head CI is required before merge.

Controlled activation

Inventory has explicit repository variables for the account/namespace and PRICING_PUBLICATION_ENABLED=false during setup. Merge uses the existing production deployment workflow; verify binding and supply smoke checks first. Only then perform the approved manual publisher run and verify the resulting record/API/site. If that first run fails, disable publication again and report the cause. No live data or successful activation is claimed yet.

Owner-authorized binding and publication are now live.

• This PR merged as 4e5f092124ca204ac3148a2f7d4112c9bd4f6bb8. Normal Worker deployment succeeded, including existing supply checks. Deployed version: 96809bbc-5074-4ca8-b98d-3c3f2b4d5459.
• First real Inventory update succeeded: tests, collection, validated data-only Git commit/push, then KV publication. Generated data commit changes only pricing.json.
• Public pricing API returned 200. The returned record passed full producer validation and matched the committed record and envelope SHA-256. Network observation: 2026-09-16T16:37:33.000Z; generated: 2026-09-16T16:47:40.281Z; published: 2026-09-16T16:47:41.902Z.
• An unmocked browser check of the public calculator adopted the September 16 data, enabled controls and showed $0.73 for 1 GB / $1.46 for 2 GB at the check. Exactly two pricing requests, one to our API, and no page errors. Health and bare-number supply responses remained healthy.
• After publication, all 154 Inventory tests also passed locally against the actual generated data commit. This is additional local next-run evidence, not a separate CI run on the generated commit. Reproduce from that commit with node --test tests/pricing-model.test.mjs tests/pricing-collector.test.mjs tests/pricing-publication.test.mjs.
• PRICING_PUBLICATION_ENABLED=true; existing schedule is 03:17 UTC daily. The first manual run is verified; a future scheduled execution has not yet been observed.

The embedded website backup remains genuinely dated September 8; no site rebuild or backup replacement was needed for runtime adoption. No new resources, runtime code, test/gate changes, dependency upgrades or ADR acceptance occurred during activation. Binding review recorded code-review PASS, Craft PASS and adversarial READY; existing owner-selected Hermes feature approval and static-only dependency-risk disposition remain as recorded in the feature handoff. Formal ADR acceptance, dependency maintenance and the deferred native-client estimator remain separate work.
