Updates theme/artifact.json to point the B2B Vue theme package at a prerelease build from vc-frontend PR 2432 (2.56.0-pr-2432) instead of the previous GitHub release 2.55.0.

This is an automated QA deployment pin used by the theme deploy workflow.
