Overview
Automated update of the B2B Vue theme package URL in theme/artifact.json, pointing deployments at the build from vc-frontend PR 2433 (2.56.0-pr-2433) instead of 2.55.0-alpha.2454.

This is consumed by the theme deploy workflow to set the store theme Helm parameter.
