Overview
Updates the AzureBlob module list in backend/packages.json so VirtoCommerce.SalesRep pulls VirtoCommerce.SalesRep_3.1002.0.zip instead of the previous 3.1001.0-pr-8-a07e prerelease blob. The SalesRep entry is also reordered to sit after the Cart/XCart entries.

No other module versions or GitHub release pins change—only SalesRep packaging for this QA manifest refresh.
