Description
Add an opt-in Tavily Search backend shared by the Research and News agents.
The raw HTTP integration returns bounded source URLs and snippets, includes the required Open Monitor attribution headers, and preserves existing Google/Perplexity routing. Document the provider and add focused mocked-response coverage for formatting, errors, credentials, attribution, and agent dispatch.
