Description

Adds a new Upendo-Video-Resource-List OpenContent template for rendering responsive video resource cards with grouped category sections or a unified grid layout.

The template includes:

• schema, options, and sample data
• template settings schema and options
• Razor rendering and scoped CSS
• README documentation
• grouped and grid display modes
• category navigation and optional Back to top links
• YouTube watch, youtu.be, embed, and shorts URL support
• privacy-friendly youtube-nocookie.com embeds
• fallback thumbnail support
• tags and CTA links
• configurable spacing, background color, container width, and cards per row

Reviewed the working tree and validated JSON syntax for:
