Draft support for AgentInterfaces flow-part-2 voice session outcome plumbing. Not required for AgentInterfaces #1013. This preserves the voice_session_ended payload opaquely on the voice bridge so downstream runtimes can surface callEnded, endedBy, reason, and future CAS fields.
