[FEAT]: Determining a Drag Area Coefficient from Coast-Down Tests
What's New
This PR contains an analysis of the coast-down tests conducted on Brightside on Apr 2, 2026. The goal was to determine a reasonable drag area coefficient from the data.
Due to the noisiness of the data, a reasonable coefficient could not be found. The value produced by the analysis was 0.39568 +/- 0.49512.
