Match the plumbing added to node-triton and sdc-vmapi: the customer-
facing migration endpoint now passes an optional `mechanism` body
parameter through to VMAPI's `migration_mechanism`. Only honoured
on begin and automatic actions, matching VMAPI's rule that the
mechanism is frozen on the record at begin time.
Without this, `POST /:account/machines/:id/migrate {"action":"begin",
"mechanism":"live"}` silently defaults to cold, even though VMAPI
supports the field.
