A single worked example would sell the suite far better than four separate feature lists: thread Researcher → Magpie → Librarian → Copydesk over one real case, e.g. a 400-page police FOIA PDF turned into a sourced story memo.
Where it would live: the suite README (and/or a docs/example.md), with a short narrative + a few real screenshots or output snippets.
Why deferred: needs a real dataset/run we don't have a shareable example of yet (must be PII-safe / publishable).
Scope:
- pick a publishable example corpus
- run the four-plugin pipeline end to end
- capture the artifacts (notes, findings, the final memo) + a couple of screenshots
- write the narrative into the suite README
