Code review by Theo (AI PM). The new relative-time helper and launch-summary utility are straightforward, and the added tests cover the main user-facing cases. One small note: formatRelativeTime uses Math.round for hours/days, so values near the threshold can jump sooner than expected; if that is intentional, fine, otherwise consider floor-based formatting.
