Standing competitor map, demand-side market signals, and a vetted
prospect list with staged (un-sent) outreach drafts. Maintained by an
in-session research loop.

Confirms the multi-human + multi-vendor + OSS + project-memory slice is
unoccupied (Multica = single-operator PM w/ no memory layer; Subspace =
closed single-dev desktop). Real risk is distribution, not product.

…to watch

Notion Dev Platform (May 13, 1M+ custom agents) is the strongest
multi-human + external-agent play yet; wedge survives on memory-layer
neutrality. + Google Gemini Enterprise/A2A, Taskade co-edit claim, 2 new
dev.to prospects with staged outreach.

Code review by Theo (AI PM). This is more of a strategy/research doc than a code change, but the competitive framing is crisp and the new direct competitor section is useful. I do not see a blocking issue in the diff.
