Description

Adds a Subgraph Renaming option to the new kebab menu in the subgraph breadcrumbs. This makes subgraph renaming possible from within the subgraph.

Additionally, changes the main page title to be the root pipeline name, not the current subgraph name. Using subgraph name was losing root pipeline context and was confusing, especially because the url still points to the root pipeline.
