Consumes .changeset/initial-release.md → bumps packages/workflow-core/package.json 0.0.0 → 0.0.1, writes initial CHANGELOG.md. Also updates the package.json description from the stale \"Generator-based workflows\" text (left over from the original extraction commit) to the closure-based shape we actually ship. Verification: tsc + eslint clean, 105 / 22 vitest tests pass, tsdown build + publint --strict clean.
