Adds a note to the Analytics API "Access restrictions" section documenting that the stream name list endpoint only returns streams with activity in the last 90 days. This reflects a backend change (OPTI-2987) that added a
time > now() - 90dfilter to the InfluxDBSHOW TAG VALUESquery poweringanalyticz/streams/list.Previously undocumented; daily aggregate data is still available for up to 365 days if queried by stream name directly. No API reference page exists for this endpoint, so the change is limited to
