…AM if SaveRAM is available, meaning SaveRAM cannot ever be selected independently as the old text might suggest. And savestates do not always include SaveRAM (when it is not available), so the text would be wrong in those cases.

Previously, recording a movie that starts from a given SRAM was an unnecessarily difficult and error-prone process involving manually copying and renaming a file to match whatever name BizHawk automatically generates. Now users can simply select the file when starting a .bk2 movie.

Starting a new movie from a savestate file works the same way.
