Migrate the example server before requiring mcp v2
Installing this requirements file now forces mcp 2.x, but the example server still imports from mcp.server.fastmcp import FastMCP in examples/mcp_server/server.py; the official v2 migration guide lists that path as renamed to mcp.server.mcpserver.MCPServer and shows the old import failing with ModuleNotFoundError. Users following the pip install -r requirements.txt path will not be able to start or introspect the shipped reference stdio server until the server code is migrated, so either update the import/class usage or keep a <2 upper bound.
