The zip file contains the following:

Stand-alone executables are provided for Windows x64 and arm64. These binaries do not require you to install the .Net Runtime, and have no other dependencies.
Note that the processor architecture of the binary refers only to the operating system it can run on; any version of the Answer File Generator can generate answer files for any processor architecture.
