Map legacy MindTouch doc URLs from the GA "Page Not Found" report to their current /docs equivalents. All targets verified to resolve; no duplicate keys or redirect chains. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
