This change replaces the existing 1.5.0-beta.11 entry with 1.5.0-beta.13, which removes the mapping for 1.5.0-beta.11. If older StreamController app versions still need to resolve this plugin, consider keeping the 1.5.0-beta.11 key and adding a new 1.5.0-beta.13 key instead; otherwise, please update the PR title/description to call out the intentional compatibility drop (it currently reads like only a commit-hash update).
