Summary

  • Bumps the pinned reachability engine, the Coana CLI, from 15.12.8 to 15.12.10, refreshes the vendored coana-cache.mjs from that release, and bumps the Python CLI version to 2.11.1.
  • This PR was created automatically by a bot.

Note

Low Risk
Routine pinned-engine and patch release; reachability behavior follows Coana 15.12.10, with a small cache-index touch on lookup from the vendored script.

Overview
Releases Socket Python CLI 2.11.1 and moves the default reachability engine from Coana CLI 15.12.8 to 15.12.10 (DEFAULT_COANA_CLI_VERSION, --reach-version docs, changelog, and lockfile version).

The vendored coana-cache.mjs is refreshed from the matching upstream release: on a successful cache lookup, it now touches the version index file (utimes, with a fallback rewrite) so recently used Coana installs stay marked in the shared Socket cache.
