feat(wordpress): 1.2.1 lists Site Editor templates, patterns and menus in the PDF links report

Background

The settings page's PDF links report (1.2.0) reads only pages and posts. On a block theme, the home page, header, footer and menus live in the Site Editor, so their PDF links open in SimplePDF but were missing from the report.

Changes

• The report lists every PDF link visitors can reach: published pages and posts, drafts or private pages picked in "Where it runs", and the Site Editor templates, template parts, patterns and menus the live site actually shows
• Usage is resolved with core's get_block_templates() (theme files included): templates in effect (picker templates only when a reachable page uses them), then a worklist that follows template parts, registered patterns, synced patterns and menus at any depth, with the newest-menu fallback for a navigation block without a menu; patterns and menus inserted in pages are found in one pre-filtered scan
• One row per PDF link (Page or template | PDF | Opens in), 20 pages or templates per table page, row-group headers for screen readers
• "Only on pages I pick" is stated once in the header; site-part links read "Picked pages" and the title adds "N more on picked pages"; nothing picked turns the header orange
• The readme's External services section is three plain sentences plus the terms and privacy links
• Version 1.2.1

Notes

• Verified in WordPress Playground on Twenty Twenty-Five (including its uncustomized header, whose menu sits in a registered pattern) with 2,000+ seeded pages: settings page median ~735 ms against ~663 ms for 1.2.0. Screenshots are on the internal PR.
