Migrate the customer selector to Symfony UX Autocomplete so customers can be picked again when creating a gift card under Sylius 2; the previous `ResourceAutocompleteChoiceType` widget no longer renders and its AJAX view variables were dropped from the Sylius 2 form theme. The delete action and gift card grids now include the lowercase `@SyliusUi/grid/field/*` and `@SyliusAdmin/shared/grid/action/delete.html.twig` templates that ship with Sylius 2; the previous `@SyliusUi/Grid/...` paths were removed in the framework upgrade and broke the gift card configuration index. The gift card configuration resource label now translates to a proper string, fixing the "Neu setono_sylius_gift_card.ui.gift_card_configuration" title on create; the key was a nested object which Sylius 2's shared CRUD header rendered as the literal translation path.
