needs research(issue) andneeds revision(PR) flows + their states (vanguard:researching/:revising), which weren't documented at all.Fixed (were factually wrong):
user.login == 'SebaBoler'+--author SebaBoler). Updated to the widened author+sender allow-list (ci: widen Flow B PR-review gate to trusted authors #183) and the removed--authorfilter; notes the revise flow keeps its author gate tight.vanguard:reviewbackward-compat note — the label is now deleted in the maintained repos; reworded as deprecated.Docs only.
