Add every original and corrected UI-concept PNG from the 2026-08-27 thread under mockups/ui-concept-v2, including Brain hook-synapse variants. Existing hud-pass files are untouched.
Add 01-brain/v4-measured-registry.png. Preserve all prior Brain versions. Canonical pointer updated only after the blob existed.
Add 14-workflows/v3-definition-ledger.png. Preserve prior versions. Canonical pointer updated only after the blob existed.

Dashboard HUD concepts for the fourteen TraceDecay channels, generated as a lookbook — not runtime assets and not visual-audit goldens.
Layout is one folder per channel with versions stacked inside (
<NN>-<channel>/vN-short-slug.png); the highestvNin each folder is the current plate. Conventions are documented inmockups/ui-concept-v2/README.md.Status: the README and folder convention are in place. The PNG plates themselves are not yet on the branch — the attached stills were never materialized on the agent VM, and per instructions they must be preserved byte-for-byte, not regenerated. They will be committed into the per-channel folders once re-attached.
