feat: add ScrapeGraphAI client pattern

Summary

• Add ScrapeGraphAI({ apiKey? }) factory that reads SGAI_API_KEY from env by default
• Rename client methods: getCredits → credits, checkHealth → healthy
• Remove generateSchema (no longer in API)
• Update all examples and README
