- Add a desktop setting to choose which sidebar footer shortcuts are visible and arrange their order.
- Persist and normalize shortcut ordering so all supported shortcuts remain available across settings reloads.
- Update sidebar rendering and settings search to honor the configured shortcut list.
- Localize the consolidated sidebar-shortcuts setting and extend settings coverage.
- Add draggable sidebar shortcut selector in general settings - Persist normalized shortcut ordering and update localized search labels - Cover settings state, file persistence, and UI behavior with tests
