The README is the landing page, built from real captures only.

• media/ is the only asset directory: the TOKENMAXX wordmark, live screenshots of accounts / analytics / settings (cropped to the window), relay.gif (the accounts view across a real day: meters fill, accounts max out, the active dot hops), and fleet.gif (a desktop full of parallel agents, the problem in one frame).
• The asset factory is gone from main: fixture renders, the VHS pipeline, remotion comps, the brand generator, and the mocked flagship composite are all deleted; package.json loses the assets scripts. History keeps them if ever needed.
• README: wordmark, pitch, relay hero, install, the fleet problem, the mechanism, a three-shot dashboard tour, auto-rotation, how it works, and a help-style commands block that reads like the CLI instead of a wrapping table.
