Docs: move documentation to private infra repo - #25

docs/ (building, design, operations, restoring, setup-cli) now lives in the private renacode-infra repository under docs/projekty/cloudmachine/, with the same file names. The README keeps installation and setup; its links to docs/ become plain references to that location. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

docs/removed; README keeps install/usage and notes that further documentation is kept privately. Nothing readdocs/(tests, scripts, cask, release packaging).swift build OK; swift test 410/0 before and after.
