test: neutral machine key instead of a real name - #23

The `<name>-mac-studio-3` machine key in the budget, folder and visibility tests is plain test data (the real key is read at runtime from MachineIdentity.storedKey), so it is replaced with `home-mac-studio-3`. The doc comment in MachineBudget uses a placeholder. No behaviour change. The copyright line in Info.plist is the author attribution, like LICENSE, and stays. No behaviour change, so no new test; the existing tests cover the same paths with the new value.
Checked locally: `swift build` OK, `swift test --skip BackupImageServiceTests`: 390 tests, 0 failures. swift-format lint is left to CI (not installed here).
Note: this repo has CD on merge (auto-patch release). A test-only change still publishes a release - consider whether that is wanted before merging.
