VBULK for fet 1 was floating and merging with VOUT, causing an LVS error.
Labelling for the VBULK was added to prevent it from floating.
Vias were touching, causing DRC errors.
Offsets have been adjusted to push the vias further, ensuring clean separation between the metals.
