Add tracking to support customers

• Added a source parameter to the trigger URL to better support customer usage

Fixed documentation and new human-readable status variable

• Changed the succesful variable to successful, but the succesful variable continues to work for backward compatibility
• Fixed multiple spelling errors
• Added a new variable to access a human-readable status value (computedStatus)
• Updated examples in the README file
