Hub 3.20 moves the binary from /opt to /usr/lib; a stale xvfb wrapper caused exit 127.
Windows hosted runners often hit WSAEACCES (10013); treat as benign in UTP assertions and log remapping.
Parse and classify once in normalizeTelemetryEntry so telemetry artifacts, summaries, and CI assertions share the same severity instead of re-special-casing messages.

… Hub Hub is an Electron desktop app, and driving it headlessly on a runner is what broke: the runner image moved to Hub 3.20, which relocated its binary out of /opt/unityhub, while buildalon/unity-setup still probes the old path (buildalon/unity-setup#57). The upstream fix, RageAgainstThePixel/unity-cli#81, is OPEN and unreleased, and the action has had no commit since May — so there is nothing to upgrade to. Even with a pre-3.20 Hub pinned, the headless install returned in 3 seconds having installed nothing. We already pin the exact version AND changeset, and Unity publishes both the editor and the Mac support module as plain tarballs. Fetch them directly, cache on version+changeset, and export UNITY_EDITOR_PATH. Deterministic, and immune to the Hub and runner-image drift that took this workflow dark after 2026-07-23. The licence still activates against Unity — that part is unavoidable for a Personal licence. The Windows job is untouched; Hub works there.
