Security Policy

Supported versions

AI Model Picker is currently an early MVP. Security fixes are applied to the latest version on the default branch.

Reporting a vulnerability

Please do not open a public issue for a suspected security vulnerability.

Use GitHub's private vulnerability reporting feature for this repository. If it is not enabled, contact the repository maintainer privately through their GitHub profile and include:

  • A clear description of the issue
  • Reproduction steps or a proof of concept
  • The potential impact
  • Any suggested mitigation

Please allow a reasonable amount of time for investigation before public disclosure.

Current data and privacy scope

The MVP does not require accounts, does not store personal data, and does not call paid AI APIs. Model data is loaded from the repository's local JSON file. Deployers are responsible for reviewing their hosting provider's logs, analytics, cookies, and security settings.
