tool: hawkeyeresolves the newest published release on every workflow run, so a future HawkEye release can change the config semantics or fail this v7-only migration without any repository change. The v7 integration guidance pins the tested binary (hawkeye@7.0.0); please pin that release and update it deliberately when migrating again.
