Rename pure-Python TestPyPI project to pydisplay-graphics - #10

graphics-py normalizes to the same pip name as pypi.org's graphics.py (Zelle), so two-index installs can pull the wrong package. Reclaim the historical pydisplay-graphics name; next dual release is v0.0.25.

Summary
graphics-pynormalizes (PEP 503) to the same pip name as graphics.py on pypi.org. With the usual two-index install (--extra-index-url https://pypi.org/simple/), pip can install Zelle’s Tkinter package instead of ours.Restore the historical
pydisplay-graphicsname. Next dual release should bev0.0.25so it sorts above the last TestPyPIpydisplay-graphics(0.0.24).Follow-up
