Refine PyScript gallery and runtime demos

Summary

• refine the responsive PyScript gallery, runtime frames, console controls, and curated demo inventory
• add the Peter Hinch demo collection PWA and preserve its generated runtime configuration
• streamline browser loader output while retaining runtime diagnostics
• fix compact nochrome launches, browser display defaults, car-cluster sizing, and pixel simulator orientation/effects

Impact

The gallery is more focused and responsive, runtime demos have predictable browser defaults while retaining explicit overrides, and specialized demos launch with the appropriate presentation.

Validation

• python -m pytest tests/test_gallery_frame.py tests/test_peterhinch_page.py -q (35 passed)
• python scripts/gallery_generator.py --check
• pre-commit hooks: ruff check, ruff format, nbstripout, manifest refresh, gallery refresh
