…118) Canonical baseline from the binary itself: v3.20.0 tools/list returns 242 tools (stale claims said 145/218+/235). ooxml-swift aligned to v0.24.0; ~/bin install claims updated to plugin-level .bin-cache (#117); README version block aligned (shell 3.20.2 / binary 3.20.0, decoupled per #116); .mcp.json / plugin.json / marketplace.json descriptions shortened to a summary (release history lives in CHANGELOG). Historical milestone entries intentionally preserved. Root README table updated. Refs #118
Codex verify P1: README header still said 'v3.20.0 (shell + binary in sync)' contradicting the decoupled version block; P2: SKILL.md 'Latest: v3.12.0' stale claim reworded as historical milestone. Refs #118
