Description: Fix sidebar icon flicker on navigation (FOUR-32393) Apply .logo-closed styles under #sidebar instead of #sidebar .closed so the collapsed icon renders at 40×40 before Vue mounts and adds the closed class. Override [v-cloak] with display: list-item !important so the icon is not hidden until Vue initializes.
