Replace the removed termination flag
When a non-streaming response interceptor returns vf.Terminate, this branch still reads session.terminated, but this commit removed that dataclass field and switched the other checks to trace.terminated_by_intercept. The first terminal response interception therefore raises AttributeError before session.terminate() can record the terminal reward/stop, so the harness receives a 502-style failure instead of the intended final intercepted trace.

Intercept termination is now final for a rollout:
Trace.terminated_by_intercept(any interception record withaction == "terminate") replacesRolloutSession.terminatedas the signal everywhere (interception server, rollout, interactions, replay).When a request/response hook terminates, the session records the hook reward under
intercept/<handler>, snapshots rewards into_terminal_rewards, and sets the termination reason asstop_condition.
