Add gpt-5.5-2026-04-24 (Azure OpenAI), gpt-5.5-2026-04-23 and gpt-5.5-pro-2026-04-23 (OpenAI) to pricing/ and general/ to resolve missing pricing info reported for these model snapshot versions. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>

Three date-stamped model snapshots — gpt-5.5-2026-04-24 (Azure OpenAI), gpt-5.5-2026-04-23 (OpenAI), and gpt-5.5-pro-2026-04-23 (OpenAI) — were missing from the models repo entirely. Users reported that pricing info was absent for these models on the Portkey GitHub repo.
