hud reset to all defaults does not reset designer settings or scale

Bug description

i set static size on evergreenhud direction hud and changed width, didnt like it, tried to reset all, nothing changed except for hud positioning

scaling also seemed broken as after resetting after scaling the size stayed the same and trying to scale only changed the inner text size, not the full widget size

I think the direction hud stuff is an evergreenhud bug, but i'll look into it
