Cover: split teal/paper — PolicyEngine wordmark, title, and speaker on the teal half; the Axiom Foundation wordmark, tagline, workshop meta, and partner logos on the paper half. Footer: the Axiom white wordmark joins PolicyEngine via the partnerLogo slot on every content slide. New slide 4 anchors the question sequence: a scorekeeper today — ~50k atomic projections and ~1,000 public cost estimates a year at CBO (Max's figure, cbo-2026 lineage). 55 slides.
