37-slide deck for the IARIW-CAPE workshop (Brussels, 27 Aug 2026), adapted from cbo-2026 with Belgium/international framing. Every number verified against primary sources on 2026-08-26: PolicyBench v1.1 board, axiom-oracles origin/main (BE conformance, certificates), Microcosm-BE v0.5 sealed artifacts, and the Facts Register re-checked at source. Includes demo fallback screenshots, DEMO-SCRIPT.md, and SPEAKER-NOTES.md. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Turbopack's JSX transform drops the leading space of the text node that
follows the final inline element in these paragraphs (DOM-verified:
'ci-fixerto', 'skillsworking', 'descentover'). Make the spaces explicit
with {' '}, matching the idiom the rest of the repo already uses. Same
fix applied to the three cbo-2026 originals, which share the bug.

The CBO deck's motivating escalation — every bill scored (>300k cells), every series forecast (>10m), crossed (>100b) — adapted for the IARIW room, plus live iframe slides with Expand for the Axiom App (Belgium), policyengine.org/be, and the Microcosm calibration dashboard, each with its static screenshot as the no-network fallback. 44 slides. Questions (every bill scored / every outcome estimated / crossed / a moving baseline / PolicyBench) → what do we arm the AI with? — five primitives, each a project with its feedback loop: Axiom, Chronicle, Microcosm, PolicyEngine, and judgment — then six-years-under-one-roof history and a section per primitive with its demo. New Chronicle slide (148 source packages, 40 publishers — verified on main today), closing loop slide (forecast resolution + roundtable hand-off). 48 slides.
