All retracted numbers replaced: menu -784/-550/-497/-249 on 184.8bn; anchor overshoot-early/match-2026-27 framing replaces 'within ~10m'; sweep 200.9bn base, 230-265m/step; dominated band ~160k, input-share invariant; bunching block retold as target-inheritance (E=7,873 from OBR targets; placebo -> 0; uncalibrated 90k edge yields b_LLAT=1.23 within 10% of the administrative 1.361, coincidentally); behavioural block: raise invariant at every e, band offsets <4%; calibration 89.2%/92.8%; new paper title; figures refreshed from the definitive pipeline. The paper (#21, merged) and the IMA deck (#22) are the maintained artifacts; if a poster is needed again it should be regenerated from the current main rather than this branch. |

Poster updated to the definitive build (matches #21/#22): every retracted number replaced, bunching block retold as target-inheritance with the b_LLAT=1.23≈1.361 coincidence exhibit, honest anchor framing, new title, refreshed figures. A0 builds clean with xelatex; rendered PDF committed.
For the BEAMM.CONF26 session: if the physical poster is already printed with the old numbers, present from the old print but correct verbally using the talking points in the #uk-vat thread; the QR resolves to the paper site, which will show the corrected paper once #21 merges.
