Link directly to https://jd.papermc.io/<project> instead of resolving the latest version client-side, and remove the now-unused version comparison helpers in src/utils/versions.ts.

Links directly to Javaducks (
jd.papermc.io/<project>), which redirects versionless project URLs to the latest version. Removes the obsolete client-side version resolution helpers.
